Purchased products can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase (order date)
Any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher, Discount or any other offer voucher) used for the orders will not be refunded.
Refund will be initiated once we receive the product and quality check is done
If the product fails in the quality check, no amount will be refunded
In case a customer wants his or her damaged/wrong or defective product back, they have to bear the delivery charges
Any kind of applicable delivery charges will not be refunded
If a customer is sending back the product through courier, only Rs 100 will be refunded for the same

Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by laws of India
Any dispute between the TCNS and the Service Provider shall be resolve by mutual discussions between the authorized signatories. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer such dispute to a court of law located within the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only
Due to the hygiene concern, returns are not available for Masks.
Please ensure that WishfulbyW product is handed over to the logistics partner as TCNS will not be responsible in case wrong/different brand product is given and we will not be able to return the same.
